New website dedicated to vape advocacy: “Consumer For Advocacy”

A new online site dedicated to vaping advocacy has caught our attention. The site has no agenda and is not affiliated with any organization. Consumer For Advocacy provides tools and information for people interested in learning more about advocating for the vaping lifestyle.

Vaper is more than just a title

Today, vapers are defined as more than just “people who use vapes .” It’s not that simple. As the vaping lifestyle has evolved, so have its consumers. Many vapers are now advocates, activists, protesters, business owners, entrepreneurs, writers, vloggers, bloggers, collectors, and are even considered a distinct community in American society.

Incidentally, the Consumer For Advocacy homepage also touches on this concept. It says: « We are vapers. We are builders, cloud chuckers, tricksters and modders… We are open-system users, closed-system users, drippers and tankers… We are ex-smokers, current smokers and non-smokers… We are newbies, veterans and advocates… We are brothers, sisters, fathers and mothers… We are dedicated… We are passionate… We are united… We are consumers. »

With just this detailed announcement, the community has understood that vapers are a diverse group of individuals. Unfortunately, the FDA’s proposed rule on vaping products on May 5, 2016 was announced 5 days after the original bill was enacted.

The bill has sparked an outpouring of support.

The new regulations are very strict on the vaping industry in the US and have become a topic of discussion among members of the vaping community. The wide range of opinions among individuals can make it difficult to organize support. There are many good ideas to address the challenges facing the vaping industry, but it seems that many advocates are still unable to agree on the best solution.

Really, the most important question will be, will the vaping community allow these bills to become the hammer that crushes their unity?

That’s the reality of the situation, and the creators of “Consumers For Advocacy” recognized it, and they took matters into their own hands by turning the entire website into a place to point out where vapers disagree. What they did was to reorganize the resources that were already available in the community.

Normally, when trying to find out what is going on with vaping advocacy, one has to go through multiple sources, which is time-consuming and forces one to surf the internet for hours. There would be more time for vapers to engage in advocacy if there was just one site that provided all the information vapers needed. And this is exactly what Consumer For Advocacy is trying to bring to the community.

A place with enough information for propagandists

Consumers For Advocacy is a website designed to be the “home” for vaping propaganda. It is the brainchild of four individuals who wanted to create a website dedicated solely to advocacy, a place where all the vaping propaganda information could be organized in one place.

There are direct links to state legislators, along with vaper testimonials and a section dedicated to scientific data and medical research related to the vaping lifestyle. There are also direct links to the websites of advocacy organizations that represent vapers. It’s important to remember that Consumers For Advocacy is not an organization itself, nor is it affiliated with any official advocacy group or association. One of its founders, Albert Michael Harper, says, “We’re about education and advocacy.”

Consumers For Advocacy aims to be a central hub of information, highlighting all the current advocacy movements and the causes of the actions happening today - the founders have proactively left their contact information to encourage vapers to inform them of any information they might have missed. After all, there is a lot of information to digest. Even the advocates themselves have to admit that the advocacy part of the vaping industry is starting to get saturated.

If you’re a vaping advocate, you’ve probably wondered what the best and worst path to take is in the confusing world of advocacy. There are so many places to donate, organizations to join, state legislators to write to, phone calls to make, documentaries to watch, small businesses to support, and so on. Some have said that advocacy itself has become a cottage industry in the vaping world. This has made advocacy confusing, and vapers unsure of which path to take to make the most impact and impact.

For the founders of Consumers For Advocacy, launching the site was not a declaration of a personal advocacy association, but simply a proactive way to collect consumer advocacy information.

“Without consumers, there is no industry,” said Albert Michael Harper.

Ultimately, Consumers For Advocacy is a useful tool to help the vaping community organize in an advocacy effort. Their goal is to educate and empower consumers by giving them the choice to advocate for vaping-related issues. They are not bureaucratic, they just hope to provide guidance and resources so that vapers can make choices.

Message and purpose

Consumers For Advocacy is very sincere about their message and purpose. On their home page, they say, “We share information that is objective and backed by scientific research. We back up these findings with medical reports, sourced articles, and experts from within and outside the industry.”

Overall, the “Consumers For Advocacy” website has the potential to become the ultimate tool for the vape community as it continues to build its foundation.
