Following the Drip Tip D1 and D2 lines for MTL play, OMC has now released the D3 and D4 versions suitable for all devices and DL play. WARRANTY POLICY
Products with manufacturer defects will be exchanged for new ones. Applicable to products purchased at TVC and still under warranty.
1. Warranty conditions
- Products must have warranty stamp, invoice, complete box, not be dropped, scratched, or short-circuited due to improper use.
- Disposable products must still have essential oil inside.
- Warranty phone number must match purchase phone number.
2. Warranty period
- Equipment, burner: 30 days
- Battery & charging: 30 days
- Disposable Pod, Cartridge, OCC: 3 days (1 pc: 3 days, 2 pcs: 6 days, 5 pcs: 15 days)
- Essential oil: 7 days

Choosing the right device and nicotine concentration
- Low power device (12-25W): used with e-liquid with high nicotine content (10-50mg) and thinner (VG<60). With this option, the device will be compact, suitable for users who want to use e-cigarettes to replace cigarettes, those who do not want to use e-cigarettes with a lot of smoke, focusing on the full nicotine experience and convenience.
- High power device (>25W): use with low nicotine (0-10mg) and thicker (VG>60) e-liquid. This option will make the device bigger, suitable for those who want a more smoke and flavor experience.
