WARRANTY POLICY
Products with manufacturer defects will be exchanged for new ones. Applicable to products purchased at TVC and still under warranty.

- Products must have warranty stamp, invoice, complete box, not be dropped, scratched, or short-circuited due to improper use.
- Disposable products must still have essential oil inside.
