WARRANTY POLICY
Products with manufacturer defects will be exchanged for new ones. Applicable to products purchased at TVC and still under warranty.
1. Warranty conditions
- Products must have warranty stamp, invoice, complete box, not be dropped, scratched, or short-circuited due to improper use.
- Disposable products must still have essential oil inside.
- Warranty phone number must match purchase phone number.
2. Warranty period
- Equipment, burner: 30 days
- Battery & charging: 30 days
- Disposable Pod, Cartridge, OCC: 3 days (1 pc: 3 days, 2 pcs: 6 days, 5 pcs: 15 days)
- Essential oil: 7 days
